Ok so I want to get a breast augmentation and I’m just wondering if you can suggest any really good surgeons? I’ve been looking for quite a while but there are so many out there! Also any information you can give me on your experience of having your boobs done? Thanks!

I haven’t had breast augmentation, but I’m in Cardiology and have seen many who have.

There are many cases of encapsulation, read up on that. It’s not pretty and you won’t like the results.

Also, as soon as you’ve had the surgery start saving for the next. The weight of your implants will stretch out your skin, just like natural heavy breasts. However with implants after about 5 years the implan needs to be replaced with a larger one, to fill the stretched skin, or you can see the implants too clearly.

There are a lot of downsides to having big boobs, a lot more than up sides.

i am going to mexico for breast augmentation but its hard finding a good and reputable plastic surgeon from the states… so anyone know of a good one in mexico who can make my boobs look really good?

18 is the age of legal consent for medical procedures in most places.
But it might be hard finding a doctor to do it at that age.

I’ve been wanting to get breasts implants and a butt augmentation since I was very young due to the fact that I have a big frame and "big/thick" bones,big hips,big calves,etc.,or as some may call it,a big bone structure(even though I’m at a healthy weight)and almost no boobs or butt which makes me look awkward…not feminine.To make matters worse,the small ones I have sag and the butt…well,there’s not much junk in the trunk.lol.I understand that if I decide to have this type of surgery I should do it for only myself and that’s what I’m doing.So please keep in mind that I’m just asking for opinions.

What do you think of breasts implants(boob jobs) and butt augmentation?
Would it turn you off even if it was well-proportioned(fit her body type),like anything not too ridiculously big or overdone?

I’m a girl - but I know for a fact that all the good, decent guys wouldn’t care how big your boobs are.
I suppose it depends on the kind of guy you want to attract hun.

Anyways you should do what’s best for your self confidence and seek alternative procedures to help your boobs. There are bras you can wear to make em look bigger and perky. Make sure you read on the types oflong term and short term side effects (eg. if you want to have children, you’ll have a difficult time breast feeding).

If you do decide to go ahead, don’t go overboard. Modest boobs are better!
Plus they’ll be waaay heavier and may even get in your way.

Anyways hope you get what you’re looking for in your body.

My friend had breast augmentation surgery (boob job). She said it was to fix something that happened when she was born. She went from an A cup to a small C. What I am wondering is what could have happened - she didn’t say that part. I kind of wonder if she isn’t lying because her boyfriend wanted her to have the boob job and she was embarrassed about that. But I know she did have a difficult birth - premature and in the hospital for several days. She was a multiple but she was the only one who survived because the other two triplets were boys and afflicted with Tae Sachs (sp?) so they died right after birth. I am so curious - does anyone know what might have happened?
What she was trying to tell me is that it’s not really the size - but some kind of "deformity" in her breasts. But she wouldn’t say more than that.

First off, what if she wanted them on her own? I mean, does a woman really need a man to tell her to do that? You’re assuming that she needs her partner’s approval to feel good about herself. Maybe she was born with one breast smaller than the other, and she had the surgery to even them out. You really never know…

She don’t mind it and would consider but I’m afraid of the side effects. Is there any other ways to get bigger boobs without going under the knife. She is a size A and I’m hoping for her to be a C cup at the least.

Your worrying about her boob size?! is that all you boys care about now-a-days? Having big boobs can cause back problems for girls, and when they are older they begin to sag. There is no other way to make them bigger, she would have to go under the knife. But you should not try to change her body. like what does that say to her? all you are about it her body? hmm…

i want a breast augmentation and inplants, but the NHS has turned me down, can i get finance for the op if i have a bad credit history?
I need the op because i have just lost 7 stone ( 100lbs) and i use to have really large breasts, but now they are small and with excess skin, i know its cosmetic but i feel i have done enough to deserve new boobs on the NHS, i am really depressed about them
work and save for the boob job and be thankful you have boobs!!!
