Follow my experience as I undergo a combo procedure of rhinoplasty to reduce the wideness of my nose and Breast Augmentation to enlarge the size of my breasts from a B cup to a D cup. I chose to go with silicone vs saline because the silicone feels more natural.

The main focus of rhinoplasty is to alter the bone and cartilage of your nose, because your skin and connective tissue essentially “hang” on a “frame” of cartilage and bone. During your surgery, small incisions are made on the inside of your nose, or in the columella (skin that separates the nostrils), before a selective amount of soft tissue is separated from the cartilage and bone. The surgeon will than alter the cartilage and/or bone to achieve your desired look; for example, bone may be removed or cartilage may be reshaped. During you consultation with Dr. Kim, you will learn which technique — “open” or “closed” rhinoplasty — is best to utilize for your surgery.

Breast augmentation is expected to take approximately one hour, and will be performed under a general anesthetic (puts you to sleep). During this cosmetic surgery procedure, a small incision will be made. This is where the doctor will create a pocket in which the implant will be inserted.

Typically, a breast implant can be inserted either under the breast tissue (over the muscle) or under the breast muscle (further below the breast tissue). With the intention of minimizing scaring, incisions can be made in either the armpit (transaxillary incision), along the areola (the darker skin surrounding the nipple known as the periareolar incision), or under the breast at the crease. Depending on the implant and surgeon’s preference, an incision can also be made in the belly button to insert the implant (transumbilical breast augmentation or TUBA). The exact location of the implant will depend on your anatomy, the look you want to achieve, and your doctor’s recommendation.

I envy women with boobs, pretty breasts I’m not talking about those with silicone. It makes me so insecure every time i see them. Is there anybody who knows how to grow your breast naturally? without any surgery because it cost a lot.I hope if somebody knows about natural breast augmentation or any other ways on natural breast enhancement. Help will highly appreciate. Thank you.

Not quite ‘natural’, but going on the birth control pill, which is a hormone pill containing progesterone and estrogen, is known to increase breast size by quite a bit in most women.

However, you should research the side effects and ask your doctor about them. Some side effects can include weight gain, moodiness, improvement or worsening of acne, spotting, and nausea.

Any suggestion or advise how to get my boobs grow? I don’t want to pay a huge amount in surgery. If somebody knows an alternative medicine or any tips to get my breast grow via natural breast augmentation or natural breast enhancement. I will really appreciate any reply on this thread thanks in advance.

I already answered this question with another asker but any ways here’s what i can say : I know where you coming from.I’ve been there also. It sucks when you see other women whose breast are you big and you feel insecure because yours are so small that no guys would look at you since most guys prefer bigger boobs . I have been so insecure and obsessed with my small saggy boobs which changed from me breastfeeding. What is the safest solution? I heard saline is good. Is this true?

Well, the fact of the matter is, is that more and more women are surgically enhancing their breasts. I don’t see anything wrong with it as long as your doing this for yourself. Saline implants are very safe, they’ve been around since 1964 and thousands of women, every year, have them implanted.

Depending on how old you are, what you need to keep in mind is that while there are a lot of women who’ve had their implants for 20 to 30 years with no problems or deflation, it’s better to go into it thinking that at some point you will. Or if you don’t have kids now but you know you’ll have them later, you’ll have no problem breastfeeding, but if your breasts get too big and don’t shrink back, your implants are going to look a little funny and you’ll need to get a lift.

Basically, what I”m saying is, if you have this done, you can expect to have another procedure at some point in the future.

The implant itself is a silicone shell that is filled with a saline solution, it can be filled to the exact size of the implant or it can be overfilled, usually up to 40 cc’s or so.

The best placement of the implant is subpectorally, underneath the chest muscle. It can take longer for the implant to drop into place but you’ll get a much nicer result and the implants are very soft.

If you do decide to have this done, the best thing you can do for yourself is to make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon, you can find a list at www.plasticsurgery.org

i am wanting to get breast augmentation but i am planning on having kids in the next five years. i currently wear a 32A and can fit into an AA. so yeah im small. but i was wondering if having kids is going to make me bigger. my mom went up a cup size after she had her second child, after breast feeding and everything. and natural is always better. so i was wondering if bc she grew, does that mean that i will after kids? and if i get a boob job before kids, will they still get tube-like?

Everyone is different as far as if they keep the size they gain while pregnant.

Your breasts wouldn’t become "tube-like" but they could still sag lower (this is due to stretching of the muscle).

Something to think about: If you decide to get the implants now, be sure you have them placed so you have the option to breast feed. There is a way they can be inserted where you won’t be able to breast feed.

My suggestion is that you do what I’m doing. Have your children, then get the work done. I have the opposite problem of having been large before pregnancy and gaining 2 cup sizes by the end and keeping it. I plan on having the muscle tightened and my breast tissue moved around to give me a rounder breast.

I have had 2 c sections, but now after having 2 babies back to back my boobs are not the same anymore and i was thinking of fixing my breasts,but i wanted to know how painfull it is to do your breasts

Pain tolerances vary greatly from woman to woman, as do breast augmentation experiences - but it’s generally not a painful procedure.

Most women feel soreness more so than pain after a boob job. I had some pain the first three days that I took pain medication for, but it wasn’t anything that really hurt.

I haven’t had a c-section, but I’ve had four impacted wisdom teeth removed which was WAY more painful than having a boob job!

So my guess would be that the c-section hurts quite a bit more.

If you do decide to get a breast augmentation, just make sure your sweeties are big enough to get around on their own first, or that having someone else care for them is an option. Lifting babies during a breast augmentation recovery can mess up your healing and cause complications.

Good luck! A breast augmentation has been the best gift I’ve ever given myself!
