swollen boobs after breast augmentation surgery?

For how long do they usually stay swollen and hard ? Is it because my skin is too tight now ,and needs to stretch to acomodate the implants ?

I don’t know how long they feel tight, but yes, your skin will stretch and LO and BEHOLD! They’ll flop around just like they oughta’.

I think its just because of the surgery. any operated area becomes swollen afterwards it should probobly be gone within a week.
