SERIOUS help needed with breasts?

Okay.
So I have a problem, a pretty embarrassing one at that. I have tubular breasts that look like this but smaller http://www.losangelesplasticsurgeryexpert.com/images/before-after/breast-augmentation/13-a.jpg
My areolas are 2.5 inches WIDE, AND I have flat set nipples (like inverted but they just sit flat). I am only a B cup. My breasts ruin my life and I cry everyday. I dream about chopping them off most nights.
What do I do, I am almost 18, and my biggest fear is that if they look as bad as this now- what will they look like when I age? Will I ever be happy with myself? Why me? I am not feminine at all- the very thing that DEFINES me as a woman is repulsive :’( what the hell do i do? I feel so alone and I don’t even have the kind of money for corrective surgery.
I don’t care about a bra, or the size or my breasts- Hell, I wouldn’t care if i had NONE. I would just like to look normal when I am naked. I’ve told my mother, and she thinks I’m being ridiculous. I just want to feel some sense of normality- is this wrong.
?? seriously ?? most men couldn’t give a crap about that. and some men actually prefer breasts like that. don’t go off assuming your life is ruined (probably because one dumbarsed person told you otherwise specifically to hurt your your feelings). There is nothing wrong with you!

Hi:)
Go to a store that specialize in bras(probably a little more expencive, but probably worth it in your case) Tell them you want a bra that lifts and push the breasts together. Most bras separate(at least where I’m from!) and make it worse for you. They can probably help you out more if you tell them what’s wrong, but I can understand if you don’t want to.
And in 99% of the cases, its is not as bad as one think oneself:) We are our own worst critics. I looked at the pic, and I don’t think it’s really bad. Just be confident in yourself, media is showing off lots of beautiful women, but they have time(and money) to work a lot on their looks. They can get paid to take a mile long run three times a week with a personal trainer! It’s just no realistic.
Be confident:) Confidence is sexy, even if it is hard:)

Tubular breasts are a type of breast deformity. This occurs during puberty and is when the breasts fail to develop normally and fully. This can be treated through surgical procedures such as tissue expansion and breast implants.
Your growing to be a young lady who would love to have a set of goals and accomplishments in life and the worst thing you can let ruin your mind are the size of your breasts.

Try talking to your doctor.. your still young so your breasts havent fully matured yet either.. one option is of course plastic surgery if your really that uncomfortable with your breasts. Have you talked to your mom about how you feel?

There’s NOTHING wrong with you and you shouldn’t be ashamed. Have you ever been in a physical relationship with a real guy? If he gave you crap about your breasts he’s an idiotic tool! Physical appearances are important, and while there’s nothing wrong with them perhaps your breasts are not your best attribute. Find out what is and play that up. But when you’re with that man who loves the way you look, but most of all loves YOU, he’ll love your breasts for sure. But it’s not all about him, it’s you. It’s sad that the media portrays one kind of breast as being the only one out there, or at least the ideal. When in reality, everyone’s beautiful and different. If your breasts resemble that picture, I’m sure plenty of guys will love your soft, perky, nice breasts, and while those huge, soccer ball fake boobs get so much attention, no guy actually wants to touch them. They’re hard and uncomfortable and unpleasant. Trust me. My mom has what you would call the "perfect breasts," although they are fake, but she gets complaints ALL the time from her stupid boyfriend. Also, smaller breasts are so convenient because clothes are not made to fit boobs, I’ll tell you that. And you won’t have the sagging and back problems a lot of bigger girls experience. Click the link to see some real breasts. It’s true– you are not normal; you’re extraordinary and beautiful.

Surely that is not serious that you cry every day about having completely normal breasts. ;o)
Please snap out of that mode - you are ruining it for everybody, including yourslef. The lady on the picture is completely fine (or would be without the "cropmarks" ;o))
"Tubular" is a shape - not a disease! You don’t need to do cruel things to yourself - a woman’s breasts get happy when they are liked. You only need not to block so much. Then it will all happen and you won’t need to feel so lonely. If you go to Dr. Plastic, you will feel very lonely - and more than ever convinced that the world has been unfair to you (which is at least one of the classic definitions of unhappy).
No you should go to "us boys" - we really appreciate a girl’s breasts, we see something in them. And actually, did you know that the other ladies got surprised too the first time they discovered that their breasts were liked? You are not abnormal in any way - just don’t paint yourself up in a corner, pleeease… ;o)
