Breast feeding after breast augmentation?

I had a breast augmentation about 7 years ago. Before I had it done, I literally had nothing. I could barely fit into a training bra. My implants are under the muscle and saline. I love the way they look, and I am very happy that I had it done. Now I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and planning to breast feed. I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this and encountered any problems? Also, how will they look after I wean my son? Will I need to get a lift or anything? I work in a field that is highly dependent upon physical appearance, so I am not just being vain. It’s really important to me and my family’s future, but not as important t as my son’s health.
Yes you can breastfeed as long as the milk ducts weren’t damaged. Have you had any colostrum leaking yet? That could be a good sign. At your next dr appointment talk with them about your concerns. They should have a breastfeeding consultant at the hospital too that can help you. As far as looks go, you will probably have some sagging from the pregnancy. Thats just from gaining weight and has nothing to do with breastfeeding. Good luck!
