Who did your surgery? How was your experience? What size were you before & after? How much did you weigh, how tall are you? What style of implant & how many cc? Etc, etc…
I’m not a dude, "tanner" is my name, but it has nothing to do with a real name or a person.
I’m smaller than an A cup, my chest looks like a boys. I’m a grown woman & I would like to actually look like a woman. I’m your average person & if you knew me, you would be surprized that I want to do this, because that’s not my personality…I’m not stuck up, I’m not trying to be a model, I’m just a person who has always been unhappy with my breasts.

If ur a chick then stop being such a superficial whore and develop a personality

with a name like tanner u could be a dude if so why the fuck are u asking such a random question

How safe is saline breast augmentation?

I have been so insecure and obsessed with my small saggy boobs which changed from me breastfeeding. What is the safest solution? I heard saline is good. Is this true?

Well, the fact of the matter is, is that more and more women are surgically enhancing their breasts. I don’t see anything wrong with it as long as your doing this for yourself. Saline implants are very safe, they’ve been around since 1964 and thousands of women, every year, have them implanted.

Depending on how old you are, what you need to keep in mind is that while there are a lot of women who’ve had their implants for 20 to 30 years with no problems or deflation, it’s better to go into it thinking that at some point you will. Or if you don’t have kids now but you know you’ll have them later, you’ll have no problem breastfeeding, but if your breasts get too big and don’t shrink back, your implants are going to look a little funny and you’ll need to get a lift.

Basically, what I”m saying is, if you have this done, you can expect to have another procedure at some point in the future.

The implant itself is a silicone shell that is filled with a saline solution, it can be filled to the exact size of the implant or it can be overfilled, usually up to 40 cc’s or so.

The best placement of the implant is subpectorally, underneath the chest muscle. It can take longer for the implant to drop into place but you’ll get a much nicer result and the implants are very soft.

If you do decide to have this done, the best thing you can do for yourself is to make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon, you can find a list at www.plasticsurgery.org

Good luck!

Severe pain after breast augmentation?

I had a breast augmentation on Tuesday and now the pain is unbearable. My right breast is swollen on the top (way more than the left breast) along with bruising. It feels like sharp pains shooting through the side of boob, under my right arm, and to the nipple. Sometimes it feels like I’m ripping on the inside. I can’t make any arm movements at all on my right arm. The vicodin that was given to me is not helping with the pain. I’m going to call my doctor when the office opens this morning, but has anyone been through this before or have any idea what could be going on?
Thanks.
I got breast surgery for medical purposes, not to enhance the size of my breasts. I really don’t owe anyone an explanation. If you can’t help then don’t answer the question.

The pain meds should have been able to give you comfort. Something is definitely wrong if you can’t even move your arm because you’re in day three right? It sounds to me like you may have some bleeding. Call your doctor right away. If you let this go for any longer, you may have to go back into surgery and that is no bueno my friend.
