I have a scar on my lip, and it’s not a place I would want a scar. It was sewn in the emergency room and is a little uneven. Since it is correcting a scar would my health insurance help out? Does anyone know a price range it would be?

yes, i have large boobs already but i would like to have bigger fake breasts. all of the before and after pictures of breast implants i have seen have been smaller to start than my own. its hard to compare what the resault will be. i am worried that by having the implants underneath the pectoral muscle that over time they will become 4 boobs. Its a pretty rare opperation, any tips? (PS how big was pamela andersons breasts before her first augmentation? shes a good example of size im hoping for.)

i have HAD ENOUGH! the stupidity must STOP!

you need to have yourself spayed/neutered and remove yourself from the gene pool…i do believe you have pooped in it and IT STINKS!!

Difference with breast implant sizes?

Okay so I’m going to be getting a breast augmentation. Before you keep reading…if you are going to lecture me or tell me "you’re pretty the way you are", "dont change for someone else", blah blah blah, don’t bother reading the rest. Anyways, I’m going from a 34B to a full C. However I see before and after photos where some people go from 34B to 34C, and some that go from 34B to 36C. In breast implants, what difference does it make to go from a 34 to a 36?

I guess it’s according to the cup size of a bra. Your cosmetic surgeon should have the bras with the different sizes that you can try on to see the difference. Good Luck!

In this breast enlargement video Monika went from an A cup to a C cup with Silicone Breast Implants. This is the story of her experience having Los Angeles breast augmentation performed by Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon and top breast doctor Dr. Vishal Kapoor.

Technically known as augmentation mammoplasty, Beverly Hills Breast Enlargement is used to enhance the size, shape and appearance of a woman’s breast for several reasons:

* To enhance a woman’s body contour, when she believes her breast size is too small
* To correct a reduction in breast volume, following pregnancy. Commonly called a Mommy Makeover
* To balance a difference in breast size
* As a reconstructive technique following breast surgery

As this breast enlargement video will show, having a surgeon insert either a saline or silicone implant behind the breasts can increase a woman’s cup size by one or more.

There are three possible locations for the incision during breast enlargement surgery: in the crease beneath the breast, in the armpit, and around the areola. The incisions are strategically placed to allow the resulting scars to be as inconspicuous as possible. Working through the incision, Dr. Kapoor will lift the skin and breast tissue and create a pocket for the insertion of the silicone or saline implant. This pocket is often created beneath the pectoral (chest wall) muscle, though it can also be made above the chest muscle, directly behind the breast tissue. Dr. Kapoor will then insert the silicone or saline implants into the pockets and center them beneath the nipples before closing the incisions with stitches. The breasts may be taped for additional support.

If you’ve ever had a breast augmentation?

I’m hoping to get a breast augmentation done in about 3 weeks. I’ve done a LOT of research about it but I just want to know from women who have done it. I know everything from pain to healing time varies from person to person but I would like to know your personal answers. Serious answers only please.

1. How long ago did you have it done?
2. How old were you?
3. Did you get saline or silicone?
4. Under the muscle?
5. How many days passed until you went back to work?
6. What hurt the most during your recovery period? (ex: arms, groin)
7. How much did you pay?
8. Were you happy with the results
9. What size were you before and after?
10. Anything else you would like to add?

Thanks

1. Almost 2 years ago, May of 2006.
2. I was 21 years old.
3. Saline, 425 cc
4. Under the muscle, transaxillary
5. 14 days for light work, one month before I felt normal.
6. Taking the bra off, gravity was pulling down on my breasts and they hurt so bad, it felt like my heart was being ripped out of my chest
7. $7500
8. Very happy, it was worth the pain and money
9. 34 small B before and 34 large D after
10. It is totally worth it. Make sure your surgeon is board certified and reputable. Choose an incision and size that will be proportionate and work for you lifestyle. Do not worry about anyone that may judge you or make comments. Love your body and do it for yourself, if others want to judge then they have their own problems. Good luck and enjoy your new boobies!!!!!!!!!!

ok, I’m 18 and I want to get a boob job…I need to know a price range and any kind of before and after information tips…any kind of information…including what type of incision and position …thank you…
I’m asking people who have had boob jobs what they went through

In Illinois it is like 3-4 thousand a breast, maybe more . If I may add my own opinion, there is no other reason but vanity to want to enlarge your breasts. Please wait until you are older and have experienced life a little more than 18 years. I also want to add. One of my good friends let her daughter get one right before she turned 18 (5 years ago) and she had nothing but serious trouble from the start. She finally had to have them removed and she says they haven’t looked the same since. Good Luck, and please consult your family Doctor, NOT a Plastic Surgeon before you make your decision.

Hello, I’m 19 and I had breast augmentation two weeks ago and my breasts are still so small. I was a very small A and I chose 400 cc of the memory gel implant for my surgery. I have looked at before and after pics os women who went from an A and had around 375-400 cc range of the memory gel implant also known as the gummy bear implant and I look nothing like the pictures. I spent 5k for a pair of boobs and I still don’t have a nice pair. I’m very disappointed in the outcome. Could someone please tell me if the implant will become larger after awhile and will my breast will have a larger and fuller appereance. My plastic surgeon and his assistant said it takes a while for the breast to full and to become unswollen, but I do not feel good about this at all. Please if you hade breast augmentation and you felt as though your breasts were not big and you were disappointed at first, but as time went on they totally changed please tell me.

Hi Sweetie,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling disappointed after your breast augmentation.

Keep in mind that it’s normal to feel that way right after surgery; you’re still in recovery mode right now, and your boobs are still healing and not "set" yet. A LOT of breast augmentation patients feel upset right after surgery because it can be an emotional roller coaster ride..

For many women, it could take up to three or even six months for their breast augmentation to "settle" into their final size. It personally took mine two months to settle into their final look.

Right now, your chest muscles are all tight like a fist because of your surgery and they’re riding up higher on your chest. Your boobs aren’t going to look this way permanently. As the boobs heal, your muscles will relax, and women often see an increase in size as the muscle relaxes and "releases" the implant that is clenched into your chest right now. The boobs drop a bit into a more natural shape and position on your chest, and they become softer.

The size increase isn’t gigantic, but it could be enough to change cup sizes. I have a girl friend who got a full cup size increase after three months!

So my advice is to relax, follow all of your recovery instructions exactly, and let your boobs do their thing. Stress isn’t good for our bodies in general, but especially when we’re trying to heal. So try to relax. You could very well end up loving them in three months when they’re all settled!
