Im getting a breast augmentation but I am undecided on which would be better. I am an 34A right now. Im 5′8” and 140 pounds. Medium frame, thin arms and chest area. More pear shape figure. I wanted a C cup but now that Ive been looking at before and after photos I like the look of a D cup. What would you choose if you were me. I dont want to regret getting a smaller size, but I also dont want to look fat because my chest is large. Help!

Guy’s opinion: (Yeah, I know, shouldn’t count cause we’re all lustful idiots, but I’m a LEG man) Get the D cup…larger, fuller breasts are more attractive and give the projection of the female being more fertile, even if it isn’t necessarily so…and good luck with that…I’d ask for before and after shots, but I guess that would be rude…K ;o)

im doing a 1000 word essay on economic side of plastic surgery and need to know:
-average amount of money spent on reconstructive plastic surgery
-average amount of money spent on cosmetic surgery
-has the price went up or down from 2005
thanks for any help :D
I spent 11,100 on my first breast implants and mini tummy tuck. For my second breast implant I went to the same plastic surgeon and I paid 3,500 to go with bigger implants and lipo on my flanks, tummy and inner and outer thighs. But since I used the same surgeon he gave me a huge discount. If I would have went to another plastic surgeon then I would have paid a lot more.

I want to get implants a day or two after I turn 18 but I’ve heard that you need to meet with the surgeon like 2 weeks before. So can i meet with him while I’m still 17 so I can have them done as soon as possible? Or do I have to wait until I’m 18 to have the consultation.
Serious answers only please.
And please don’t say i need to be happy with myself because I wear A cup, and they won’t grow anymore, it’s hereditary.

You can do it while you are still 17 you will most likely just need a parent to go along with you.
But seriously its only 3 weeks. You have waited 18 years I am sure you can wait 3 more weeks.

I want to have cosmetic surgery (Namely a Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation) after deciding I don’t want any mire children. I have heard before of women being part of clinical studies and getting them done with reduced to no cost.
How would I go about geting info and participating? Are their websites??

sometimes. i had a breast reduction and septoplasty and the doctor only made me pay for the hospital stay and the materials used in the procedure, as long as i allowed medical students to watch the procedure.

Anyone with abdominoplasty or breast augmentation?

I am looking for people who have had mini or full abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. I am not looking for a "quick fix" by any means but I have issues from having 3 children so close together that exercise just won’t take care of (e.g. excess skin, stretch marks, etc.). I am not 100% sure I want it yet and am very nervous and skeptical of being put under. I have heard tons of horror stories about people not waking up or dying the next day because of botched surgery. I found a doctor who is the head of plastic surgery at a great hospital and who is not only board certified but belongs to two other elite boards as well. I also know someone that went to him personally and she says that he is great. I would just like to get some info on if it was worth it, how long it takes to recover, how badly you feel after the surgery, if you have any before and afters, if you were as scared going in as I am, etc. Right now I am just looking for some info to help me make an informed decision.

I had a breast augmentation about two years ago and lasered some stretch marks off.

I am in love with my results. I am a healthy woman–don’t smoke, perfect weight, and the doctor okay’d me to go through with it.

I had some bruising and swelling with my breasts and it took about three months for them to be the size I wanted (they grow in time so don’t be alarmed if they appear smaller in the beginning) but after about two weeks I was perfectly fine. I couldn’t lift anything heavy for six weeks, but after two I felt like I could have.

If you’re self concious and want it done, go ahead! It can make a great difference in how you feel and if you’re healthy you should heal just fine.

Make sure you go to a certified surgeon and have them go over with you the risks so that you are perfectly informed. Smart women make informed decisions, and if this is what you want and you think it’s worth the risk and the money–do it.

Hope this helps!

I have had 2 c sections, but now after having 2 babies back to back my boobs are not the same anymore and i was thinking of fixing my breasts, but i wanted to know how painfull it is to do your breasts

Pain tolerances vary greatly from woman to woman, as do breast augmentation experiences - but it’s generally not a painful procedure.

Most women feel soreness more so than pain after a boob job. I had some pain the first three days that I took pain medication for, but it wasn’t anything that really hurt.

I haven’t had a c-section, but I’ve had four impacted wisdom teeth removed which was WAY more painful than having a boob job!

So my guess would be that the c-section hurts quite a bit more.

If you do decide to get a breast augmentation, just make sure your sweeties are big enough to get around on their own first, or that having someone else care for them is an option. Lifting babies during a breast augmentation recovery can mess up your healing and cause complications.

Good luck! A breast augmentation has been the best gift I’ve ever given myself!

I have already paid for it and scheduled it before I met this guy. Weve been intimate but I havent mentioned Im having it done. Should I mention it? If so how. After I had my children my breasts shrunk so Im getting them done to regain what I used to have plus a little extra.

Just tell him when you two are laying in bed or something.

Be like:

"Honey, I have something to tell you. I should have told you this a long time ago but I didn’t know when to say it….Honey, I’m getting a breast augmentation. I scheduled it before we even met each other. I know I should have told you this sooner. Please forgive me."

Say something like that.

Breast Augmentation…Size?

I’m about 34 a/b currently and thinking about getting a breast augmentation. I’m 5′3 and 115 lbs. I don’t know what size is good for me. Are there any website or downloadable programs that I can check-out? I don’t want the "before & after" photos. I want something that’s kinda like the program that they use at the tv show "nip/tuck" where they can show you right away what it will look like on you before & after the surgery.

I had a breast augmentation a little over a year ago. I was a small C and was not happy with my breast size. I searched the Internet inside and out and was not able to find any program like you are talking about. When you go in for you initial appointment with your plastic surgeon they will have implants of many different sizes that you will try on. You will put on a sports bra and be given the different sizes of implants to place in the sports bra.
This is my suggestion to you, with your body frame I would go with a nice full C. But a lot of it will depend on what look you are going for.
If you decide to have the augmentation just remember that you don’t get the full results for about 6 months to a year after your surgery. At first your breasts will look very "boxie" mine almost looked oval shaped, very high on my chest. All this changes over time as your implants will drop to wear your breast should sit. Make sure you do a lot of research on the type of implant you want and your surgeon. I chose the silicone implant, placed under the muscle and my breasts look very natural, my boyfriend can’t even tell that I have implants. It’s the best decision I have ever made.
