I live in Wuhan.
Does anyone have any experience with plastic surgery in Wuhan? (or anywhere else in China).

What are the prices?
I heard as low as 1000 yuan for a nose job here.. but I also read of a 10,000 yuan nose job in Shanghai. Are these doctors qualified enough in China?

It depends on the facility and the surgeon.

I need some prices on plastic surgery?

First of all, I’m only 14. I’m turning 15 in June.

Okay, I want a breast augmentation. My boobs are the worst in the world. I have extremely uneven breasts and they are not the "boob" shape. They just hang there like sacks of mud. They are kind of tube shaped and they are covered in stretch marks. Also, they are way to big. They are just plain horrible. They make me feel so self conscious and I can’t wear any low-cut shirts because I’m embarrassed. I don’t understand why everyone else I see has nice boobs and mine had to be ugly. I want to get them reshaped and reduced. I do NOT want implants. The problem is, I’m so young. I’ve done some reading, and most places say that reduction and evening of the breasts is one of the few procedures that are allowed on minors. I don’t know how to tell my parents though. I really wish they could just look like normal boobs! I’m afraid that I will miss out on things (like sex…), because I’m embarrassed to take off my bra. Also, it’s extremely hard to find a bra. I don’t think that any of mine fit right. I wear a normal bra, then a sports bra over, just to get enough support and not feel like I’m going to fall out all over the place. Please, what should I do? How should I tell my parents?
Sorry, I did not know that an augmentation was only for going larger. I want them reduced. And, they are much more uneven than normal. It is very obvious. I would say, it’s maybe a cup or a cup and a half difference.

Well I think you should talk to you mother first then she can explain it to your father. I am sure they have noticed if your breast are larger than normal for a girl your age, but maybe they don’t think it bothers you. You should let them know exactly how you are feeling about it. I am sure they wont be unreasonable as long as you want this for the right reasons I think it is okay. Also you should tell that it isn’t healthy for a girl your age to carry so much weight around the breast area. It can cause back problems down the road for you. And if they wont let you have the procedure now you can always have it as soon as you are 18. Also if a boy really likes you enough to have sex with you he wont care how big your boobs are. Guys usually love big boobs ;) Also you can have sex in a sexy bra. Alot of online sites carry sexy lingerie for large chested women. Wish you the best dear!

If you are not happy with the way you look, don’t worry solution is available for this problem. There are different types of cosmetic surgery, with some of the most popular being: breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, nose surgery, facelift, eyelid surgery, Botox injections, facial implants, ear pinning, hair restoration, laser skin resurfacing, and laser hair removal.

Although these types of surgery can help you to look and feel better, you need to know that there are certain risks involved that come along with each one. Also it is important to consult with your doctor to find the particular procedure and these risks
Those are involved.

The following plastic surgery risks involve complications with anesthesia: abnormal heart rhythm, blood clots, airway obstruction, brain damage, heart attack, stroke, temporary paralysis, and even death. It is important to keep in mind that these plastic surgery risks are rare and there are a number of things that a good anesthesiologist can do to mitigate these plastic surgery risks.

Breast augmentation risks include sensory damage around the operation site, discoloration of the skin, tissue necrosis, asymmetry, infection, formation of scar tissue, and allergic reactions to sedation. Facial plastic surgery, on the other hand, can lead to noticeable tissue damage, unnatural looking features and premature aging.
The dangers of plastic surgery will increase or decrease depending on the type of surgery performed and the individual’s reaction to surgery and anesthesia. One of the most common dangers of plastic surgery that people considering surgery should be aware of is scarring. Most plastic surgeons attempt to hide incision lines in places where they can’t be seen, like under the crease of the breast in breast augmentation plastic surgery, or in the hairline in facial plastic surgery. Most surgeries will still result in permanent scarring, but the scarring is usually hidden from sight.

Some other dangers of plastic surgery are bleeding, infection, and blood clots. Close monitoring of the patient after surgery will allow these complications to be caught early on so they can be promptly treated. A high temperature is a sign of infection, and with the ease of temperature monitoring, it should be checked every few hours. Before you undergo plastic surgery it is important to have blood tests and a physical done to ensure that you are a good candidate for surgery. In addition you should make sure to look into the procedure you are considering and learn about the risks involved so that you can be as prepared inside and out for your transformation.

Benefits of Plastic Or Cosmetic Surgery

If you need to make a change to improve your personality, look and your confidence, there is an answer: Cosmetic plastic surgery.

But you find yourself wondering, “What is plastic surgery?” By definition plastic surgery is any surgical procedure that deals with the reconstruction or improvement of a body part to enhance the shape and appearance of that part of the body.

Whether you are considering facial plastic surgery, breast augmentation, breast reduction or rhinoplasty it is important to make sure that you completely understand the intricacies of the procedure you are interested in before you make your decision. It is important to remember that although plastic surgery usually has more to do with your appearance than function of your body, it is still major surgery and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

The great thing about plastic surgery is that benefits can be both physical and emotional, both external and internal.

The effect of plastic surgery depends on the person and the procedure. Most plastic surgery requires that the patient be given general anesthetic so most people wake up after surgery feeling groggy and or nauseous. Some people wake up in pain and others have sore throats and are extremely thirsty, it varies. Usually it takes two or three hours to recover from the effects of anesthetic.

The risks of plastic surgery will differ depending on the individual and the procedure they opt for.

Scarring is one of the most common risks that people considering plastic surgery should be aware of. Most surgeons will try to hide incision lines in places where they aren’t noticeable, like under the crease of the breast in breast augmentation plastic surgery and in the hairline in facial plastic surgery, but most surgeries will still result in permanent scarring.

Bleeding, infection and hematomas are possible after surgery, but if these complications are caught early on they can usually be treated.

Before you undergo plastic surgery it is important to have blood tests and a physical done to ensure that you are a good candidate for surgery. In addition you should make sure to look into the procedure you are considering and learn about the risks involved so that you can be as prepared inside and out for your transformation.

Over the Muscle or Under the Muscle, Which is Better?

This is a common question among Los Angeles breast augmentation surgery patients; whether their implants should be placed above or below the pectoral muscle. Los Angeles breast implants that are placed over the pectoral muscle are known as “overs,” or “Subglandular” breast implant placement. Breast implants that are placed under the pectoral muscle are known as – you guessed it – “unders,” or “Submuscular” breast implant placement.

It is best to schedule a consultation with your Beverly Hills breast augmentation surgeon first, before deciding which is best for you, however there are many online resources with information on each choice, just to have an idea. It is good to research before hand, and bring questions to your consultation, that way the doctor can answer them then.

With subglandular breast implant placement, the implants are placed directly on top of the pectoral muscle and just behind the breast tissue. Some women prefer these types of implants because they are easier to place by the surgeon, support larger implants, require less recovery time and post-op discomfort, can create more cleavage, and avoid breast lift surgery for sagging. On the other hand, some women prefer not to get subglandular breast implants because they tend to have a more augmented look, are more susceptible to rippling and capsule contraction, and can sometimes complicate mammogram readings. Usually it comes down to the woman’s preference of look and feel for this type of placement.

With submuscular breast implant placement, the implants are placed beneath the pectoral muscle, and sometimes only partially beneath the pectoral muscle using specific incisions and placement on the surgeon’s part. This type of placement is ideal for those who want to avoid the risks of having the implants ripple, rupture, or bottom out, as well as have more successful mammogram readings. On the other hand, submuscular implants are a more technical procedure, requiring more healing time, more post-op discomfort, as well as the risk of distorting when the muscle is flexed, and less easily creating cleavage, especially if the implants are placed farther apart.
