Okay.

My areolas are 2.5 inches WIDE, AND I have flat set nipples (like inverted but they just sit flat). I am only a B cup. My breasts ruin my life and I cry everyday. I dream about chopping them off most nights.

What do I do, I am almost 18, and my biggest fear is that if they look as bad as this now- what will they look like when I age? Will I ever be happy with myself? Why me? I am not feminine at all- the very thing that DEFINES me as a woman is repulsive :’( what the hell do i do? I feel so alone and I don’t even have the kind of money for corrective surgery.
I don’t care about a bra, or the size or my breasts- Hell, I wouldn’t care if i had NONE. I would just like to look normal when I am naked. I’ve told my mother, and she thinks I’m being ridiculous. I just want to feel some sense of normality- is this wrong.

?? seriously ?? most men couldn’t give a crap about that. and some men actually prefer breasts like that. don’t go off assuming your life is ruined (probably because one dumbarsed person told you otherwise specifically to hurt your your feelings). There is nothing wrong with you!

I’ve heard of this, and thought it was an occasional under the table situation. However, I just watched a special, which explains it’s extremely common for Americans to visit Costa Rico for plastic surgery.

One woman on the special, had plastic surgery which completely got rid of her vertical c-section scar. I didn’t even know that was possible. What type of surgery is that? I can’t remember the name.

Another woman had 15 different procedures, including teeth whitening, veneers, crowns, etc, and only paid $7000(which included air fare and housing). Is anyone familiar with this plastic surgery center below:

Just because it’s cheap does not mean you’ll get the quality you deserve.

Because you’re paying them so little, they usually pay little attention to making sure the surgery went smoothe. Who knows, while you’re knocked out on the tables, they could go in and take a kidney and you wouldn’t even know it. There have been reports of this.

I don’t think it’s a good idea to travel to third world countries for a cheap but dangerous surgery because if something goes wrong, the cost of fixing it would be equivalent to getting the surgery here in the U.S in the first place. But hey that’s just me.

Follow my experience as I undergo a combo procedure of rhinoplasty to reduce the wideness of my nose and Breast Augmentation to enlarge the size of my breasts from a B cup to a D cup. I chose to go with silicone vs saline because the silicone feels more natural.

The main focus of rhinoplasty is to alter the bone and cartilage of your nose, because your skin and connective tissue essentially “hang” on a “frame” of cartilage and bone. During your surgery, small incisions are made on the inside of your nose, or in the columella (skin that separates the nostrils), before a selective amount of soft tissue is separated from the cartilage and bone. The surgeon will than alter the cartilage and/or bone to achieve your desired look; for example, bone may be removed or cartilage may be reshaped. During you consultation with Dr. Kim, you will learn which technique — “open” or “closed” rhinoplasty — is best to utilize for your surgery.

Breast augmentation is expected to take approximately one hour, and will be performed under a general anesthetic (puts you to sleep). During this cosmetic surgery procedure, a small incision will be made. This is where the doctor will create a pocket in which the implant will be inserted.

Typically, a breast implant can be inserted either under the breast tissue (over the muscle) or under the breast muscle (further below the breast tissue). With the intention of minimizing scaring, incisions can be made in either the armpit (transaxillary incision), along the areola (the darker skin surrounding the nipple known as the periareolar incision), or under the breast at the crease. Depending on the implant and surgeon’s preference, an incision can also be made in the belly button to insert the implant (transumbilical breast augmentation or TUBA). The exact location of the implant will depend on your anatomy, the look you want to achieve, and your doctor’s recommendation.

I’m talking about to redesign these facial features, not a simple change. I’m wondering if plastic surgery could change somebody’s face, or at least, erase all what is ugly. The price is not a problem, I’d go to the end of the world to reach the change.

Yes it can change. Consult a cosmetic surgeon and let him know your concerns and how can you rectify them. I had eyelid surgery.

I envy women with boobs, pretty breasts I’m not talking about those with silicone. It makes me so insecure every time i see them. Is there anybody who knows how to grow your breast naturally? without any surgery because it cost a lot.I hope if somebody knows about natural breast augmentation or any other ways on natural breast enhancement. Not quite ‘natural’, but going on the birth control pill, which is a hormone pill containing progesterone and estrogen, is known to increase breast size by quite a bit in most women.

However, you should research the side effects and ask your doctor about them. Some side effects can include weight gain, moodiness, improvement or worsening of acne, spotting, and nausea.

Also, can you put down like half or something then get it done and make payments after or would it have to be paid in full before you get it done.

Typically, they require an up-front deposit (usually 10-20% of the surgery cost), this is made when you confirm your surgery date. Not everyone requires a deposit though.

Most surgeons offer medical loans (usually through a 3rd party) and you can discuss with your surgeon (or someone from their staff) your payment options. Most surgeons are fine accepting a split payment, but payment must be made in full on or before the day of the surgery. Split payment can be a combination of cash, credit card, check, money order, or medical loan.

Talk with your surgeon about your payment options, they are very informative and will be more than happy to help you achieve your goal!

Any suggestion or advise how to get my boobs grow? I don’t want to pay a huge amount in surgery. If somebody knows an alternative medicine or any tips to get my breast grow via natural breast augmentation or natural breast enhancement. It sucks when you see other women whose breast are you big and you feel insecure because yours are so small that no guys would look at you since most guys prefer bigger boobs . Who did your surgery? How was your experience? What size were you before & after? How much did you weigh, how tall are you? What style of implant & how many cc? Etc, etc…
I’m not a dude, "tanner" is my name, but it has nothing to do with a real name or a person.
I’m smaller than an A cup, my chest looks like a boys. I’m a grown woman & I would like to actually look like a woman. I’m your average person & if you knew me, you would be surprized that I want to do this, because that’s not my personality…I’m not stuck up, I’m not trying to be a model, I’m just a person who has always been unhappy with my breasts.
